the practice of Bikram Yoga is accessible to all, beginners as well as advanced students from Bikram or other schools of yoga. No prerequisite is necessary, nor any particular physical condition or training.
Naturally increasing the body flexibility, the heat allows a deeper workout without injury. Sweating is a natural way to cleanse the skin and  eliminate toxins.
After only a few classes, you will already have started the process of reshaping your body, you will start seing changes in yourself and will certainly love your softest skin ever!

It is recommanded to practice at least 3 times per week if you want to feel all the benefits. If you come less often, you will still have the pleasure of treating yourself well each time, eventhough the results will take longer to appear.
