L'Espace Bikram Paris has been designed for the experience of a peaceful and deepened pratice of Bikram Yoga, which is widely recognized around the world for its benefits. Volumes, materials, light, ventilation, sound system, everything has been conceived for wellness and fluidity. L'Espace embodies the ecological values and behaviors in which the owners believe: Respect of the human being and respect of the environment.

The yoga room

150 sq meter, holds up to 85 persons, gives ideal conditions for a unique experience of your practice. Optimal Hygiene is maintained with a natural rubbler floor, anti bacterial and anti allergy, thouroughly washed after each class. A highly efficient air ventilation system, at the edge of technology, to maintain perfect oxygen levels in the room, with a filtration system integrated in the circuit, will guarantee a healthy environment for your practice.

Desk-lounge

Made of noble materials and integrating earth and water elements, our front desk will immerse you into our values and invite you to other the other spaces of L'Espace. Our lounge holds a library-bookstore with books on yoga, meditation, spirituality, ecological concerns, etc. You will find a place to relax with our herb tea at your free disposal.

Boutique

You will find yoga accessories as well as daily life objects, mostly made of organic or recycled materials or coming from fair trade industry, in accordance with our ethics.

Transition room

Conceived for a peaceful transition before your practice while you wait for your class. You will enter into a pleasant temperature, soft light, to help you recenter before your efforts. An inviting fountain with filtered water to fill your water bottles will be at your disposal.
